How to change the status of an invoice when synced to your accounting package

Would you like to change the status of your sales invoices when synced with your Accounting Package? Follow the below five steps to set your status

Step 1 - Navigate to ADMIN in the left-hand toolbar

Step 2 - Navigate to the ACCOUNTING tab on the top toolbar

Step 3 - Scroll down to the ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION and select your accounting integration. PLEASE NOTE - You must have your accounting integration set up for this step. If you still need to establish your integration, please click here.

Step 4 - Select the desired invoice status from DRAFT, SUBMITTED & AUTHORISED. When syncing your invoice, your invoice will now adhere to any rules set for the status in your accounting package.

Step 5 - Click Save.
