Sending files as attachments on Quotes, Invoices, Supplier Invoices or Orders
In this article we take you through the steps in sending files as an email attachment for your quotes, invoices, supplier invoices or orders. In this example, we are sending a file as an email attachment from a quote.
Step 1: Navigate to Quotes and select your Quote
You will know if your quote as a file attached if it shows a paperclip icon, as shown below.
Step 2: Under Preview & Send select to Send Quote
Step 3: Select a Recipient
After selecting Send, select a recipient from the list or Add Recipient and select a recipient from your contacts.
Step 4: Select your files to attach and Next
If you have more than 1 file attached to quote then you can select to attach a number of files to email.
Step 5: Edit the Email Message or select a template and Send
As you can see below, the file is attached to the email.
