How to format your Quotes & Invoices - Simple View

NextMinute allows you to customise how your Quotes and Invoices appear when sent to customers using the Simple View formatting options. Know how to adjust the layout, choose which sections are displayed, and preview the final result before sending it to your customer.

Step 1: Open the Quote or Invoice

  1. Navigate to Accounts.

  2. Select Invoices or Quotes.

  3. Find and click on the Invoice or Quote you want to format before sending it to your customer.

Step 2: Open the Print Options

  1. Inside the selected Quote or Invoice, click the Preview & Send drop-down menu.

  2. Select Print Options.

Step 3: Select the section you want to edit

  1. Click on the section heading that you want to customise.

💡This allows you to control which information appears on the Quote or Invoice sent to your customer.

Step 4: Choose the layout options

  1. Tick the checkboxes for the fields you want to display on the document.

  2. Click Done once you have selected the layout you want.

💡If you want this layout to apply to all future Quotes or Invoices, tick Set as default.

Step 5: Apply your changes

  1. Click the Apply button to save your formatting changes.

Step 6: Preview your Quote or Invoice

  1. Click Preview & Send.

  2. Select Preview to view how the Quote or Invoice will appear to your customer.
