How to archive jobs, find archived jobs and restore - Desktop

You can choose to archive a job when you have completed it.  This will remove it from the active job list and place in the Archived Jobs section.  You can restore an archived Job if needed.

Step 1: Navigate to the Job you wish to archive

  1. Select Jobs

  2. Open the Job you wish to archive


Step 2: Archive the Job

  1. Select More

  2. Select Archive Job

You will be prompted to confirm you want to proceed. Note that archiving does not delete a job — it simply removes it from your active jobs list. If the job has any associated tasks, you will also have the option to archive these at the same time.


Step 3: Confirm the Job is archived

Once archived, the job will display with an Archived tag showing "This Job is archived".


Step 4: Access Archived Jobs

  1. Select Archived from the Jobs menu, or

  2. Select Filter and filter by Archived Jobs

All archived jobs will be displayed in your jobs list/grid view.


Step 5: Restore an Archived Job

  1. Open the archived job you wish to restore

  2. Select More

  3. Select Restore Job

You will be prompted to confirm the restore. Once confirmed, the job will return to active status. You will also have the option to restore any associated tasks at the same time.

To find your restored job, go to Jobs and select All Jobs — it will appear at the top of the list.
