Filter accounts list to Include Deleted

You can filter your Accounts lists in NextMinute to display items that have previously been deleted.

This allows you to locate and restore deleted Quotes, Invoices, Orders, or Supplier Invoices so they can be accessed and used again.

In this example we are filtering the Invoices list, however the same process applies to Quotes, Orders, and Supplier Invoices.

Step 1: Navigate to the Invoices list

1. Select Accounts from the main menu.

2. Click Invoices.

3. Select Filters.

Step 2: Enable the Include Deleted filter

1. In the filter options, tick Include Deleted.

This will update the list to display items that have previously been deleted.

Step 3: Locate the deleted item

1. Find the deleted Invoice in the updated list.

💡 The list will now include all invoices that were previously deleted.

Step 4: Restore the deleted item

1. Select the deleted Invoice.

2. Click the More dropdown menu.

3. Select Restore Invoice.
