Filter accounts list to Include Deleted
How to Filter your 'Accounts' lists to include previously deleted Quotes, Invoices, Orders or Supplier Invoices.
In this article we take you through the steps in setting up the filter to include deleted quotes, invoices, supplier invoices and orders in list. You can then restore this deleted item and be able to use again. In this article we are filtering and restoring a deleted invoice but the same steps apply for quotes, supplier invoices and orders.
Please note: In this example, we'll be filtering the Invoices list, however the process is the same for Quotes, Orders or Supplier Invoices.
Step 1: Navigate to Invoices and select Filters
Step 2: Tick ON to Include Deleted
Step 3: Select Deleted Invoice to Restore
As you can see below, you now have an invoices list that includes all previously deleted invoices.
Step 4: Under the More drop down select Restore Invoice
