Cancel a PlaceMakers order
In some cases you may need to cancel an order you submitted to PlaceMakers, this article will show you how to change the Order status to Cancelled. After Changing the Order Status you will need to contact your PlaceMakers branch to let them know.- Don't need the materials anymore
- Want to make changes to the order by creating a new one

Step 1: Navigate to Orders from the Accounts drop down and select the Order you need to Cancel

Step 2: Select More > Set Status and then Cancelled from within the Order

Step 3: You will need to now contact your branch to let them know you have cancelled the order. Select Ok.

Step 4: Your order status will now show as Cancelled
