How to invite Your Team & set up their Labour Rates
NextMinute allows you to invite your team (employees or contractors) to your account so they can collaborate on jobs, tasks, and timesheets. To enable timesheets and accurately track job costs, you will also need to set up Labour Rates for your team members. These rates are essential for tracking profitability and understanding your true labour costs
Step 1: Invite a new user
- Click Admin.
- Select the Users tab.
- Click Invite New User.
- Enter the user’s Name and Email address.
- Assign a Role.
- Click Send Invitations.

💡 You can invite multiple users at once. It’s recommended to start users on a Basic permission level while setting up.
Step 2: Create a Labour Rate
- Go to Sale Items from the left-hand menu.
- Select Labour.
- Click Add to create a new labour rate.
- Enter the required details (e.g. Buy Price and Sell Price).
- Click Save.

Step 3: Assign the Labour Rate to a user
- Open the Labour Rate you created.
- Assign it to the relevant team member (if they have accepted their invite to use NextMinute).
- Save your changes.
