NextMinute is hosted in Singapore. All customer accounts  regardless of where you and your business are based, are served from our Singapore-based hosting.

Hosting NextMinute in one region lets us maintain a consistent, well-secured environment and roll out updates and fixes to everyone at the same time.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is protected in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorised systems and personnel. The hosting region does not change the security protections applied to your account.

Common questions

Does NextMinute store my data in my own country? No. Data for all customers is hosted in Singapore, regardless of the country your business operates in.

I'm in Australia / the US / the UK / New Zealand — does this apply to me? Yes. Customers in all of these regions are served from the same Singapore hosting.
