Can I see the total estimated cost of all my quotes?

Use the WIP report's Estimated Cost column for quotes linked to jobs.

Partly. The WIP report shows the estimated cost of every quote that's linked to a job. There's no report or export that shows the total cost of quotes that aren't linked to a job.

Where to find estimated cost

  1. Open the WIP (Work In Progress) report.
  2. Find the Estimated Cost column. For each job, this is the total cost of all the quotes on that job.
  3. Export the report if you want to work with the numbers in Excel.

The WIP report includes quotes that are assigned to a job and haven't been declined. If you created a job for a quote that didn't go ahead, decline that quote so it drops out of the totals.

What isn't included

  • Quotes that were never turned into a job, or created on a job. Their costs don't appear in any report.
  • A per-quote cost total. The Quotes list export shows quote amounts (sell prices), not costs.

If you want those costs to show in the WIP report, create the quote on a job (or turn it into a job) before reporting.

Can I export all of my data at once?

There's no single "export everything" option. You can export lists (quotes, invoices, contacts, materials and sale items) from each area using More > Export to Excel. Individual quotes, invoices and supplier invoices need to be opened and downloaded one at a time as PDFs.
