UK support update (January 2026)

We're making some changes to how we support our UK partners & customers.

NextMinute values our UK customers and partners, and we will continue to support active UK accounts.

As we focus our operational investment in Australia and New Zealand (where our team is based), UK support will continue to be delivered remotely. UK customers will continue to have access to product updates, our knowledge base, and support via email.

We’re also continuing to invest in the NextMinute platform, including:
• The new NextMinute mobile app (available now via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store)• Ongoing platform performance and reliability improvements• Regular product updates for all customers
