Quick Add Quote/Invoice

Use the Quick Add function to create a quote or invoice quickly with a total amount — also available for Orders and Supplier Invoices.

Step 1: Navigate to Quick Add

  1. Go to Accounts

  2. Select Quotes/Invoices

  3. Select Add → Quick Add


Step 2: Enter the quote/invoice details

  1. Enter a title for the quote/invoice and any additional details. If needed, assign it to a job or task.


Step 3: Add your line item

  1. Enter 1 line item representing the total quote/invoice amount.

  2. Charge type: Labour, Materials, Disbursements, or Other (Other requires a name)

  3. Description: Required

  4. Quote total: Required — you can choose to include or exclude tax/GST

  5. Attachments: Files can be attached to the quote


    Note: Tax rounding

    If using the Includes Tax option, minor rounding may appear in the total.
