      Jobs & Sale Items - Delete Selected

      In this help article we take you through the steps in using the Bulk Actions feature to delete multiple jobs & multiple sale items at once.

      Deleting Jobs

      Step 1: Navigate to Jobs and select All Jobs

      Make sure you are in Grid View instead of List View if you wish to multi-select your jobs.

      Step 2: Tick which Jobs you wish to delete then Delete Selected

      You can also tick the box at the top of the column to select all jobs.
         

      Step 3: Confirm Deletion

       

      Deleting Sale Items

      Note: In this example we are deleting Materials but the same steps apply for Labour & Disbursements.

      Step 1: Navigate to Sale Items & Materials

       

      Step 2: Tick which Materials you wish to delete then Delete Selected

      You can also tick the box at the top of the column to select all materials.
        

      Step 3: Confirm Deletion
