How to reset a team member's password

You can't look up or retrieve an existing password in NextMinute as passwords are private and aren't visible to anyone, including the support team. If a team member has been logged out or forgotten their password, you reset it instead. There are two easy ways.

Option 1: The team member resets it themselves (recommended)

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot my Password
  2. Enter the email address used to log in to NextMinute.
  3. A reset link is sent to that inbox - open it and follow the prompts to set a new password.
  4. Sign in with the new password.

Option 2: Ask NextMinute support to reset it

If the team member can't access their email, or the login isn't a real email address, support can reset it for you.

  1. Email mailto:support@nextminute.com and say which user needs resetting.
  2. Support resets the password and confirms the login details. 
Good to know: Choose a password that isn't easy to guess, and update it again after a support reset if you'd prefer it stay private.
