How to add discounts to quotes or invoices
Need to knock a bit off the total to seal the deal, reward a loyal client, or fix a pricing error? In NextMinute, you can easily apply discounts to both quotes and invoices, whether it’s a fixed dollar amount or a percentage.
✅ How to add a discount to a Quote or Invoice
- Select the quote or invoice that you are working on. A quote is being used in this example.
- Expand your sections and select an individual item that you are wanting to discount, or bulk select a number/all sections if you want to set a discount for all.
- Once selected, to set a discount for those items > click Selected items at the top of the page > Set discount (within the dropdown).
🗒️ Note: If you are just wanting to discount one particular item, you can adjust the percentage rate within the item line.
💡Tip If you cannot see your Discount %, you may need to adjust your View Options and ensure it's ticked via the top right corner.
