Exporting quotes, contacts and materials lists from NextMinute

How to export full quotes and your customer list, email all contacts, and print a materials list for a job.

This article explains how to export quote details and your customer list from NextMinute, what to do if you want to email all your contacts, and how to produce a simple materials list for a job.

Can I export every line item from all my past quotes?

There's no bulk export of quote line items. The Quotes list export gives you the quote number, date, customer, job and status for each quote, but it doesn't include each quote's full breakdown. See Export Quotes list.

To get the full quote, export each quote one at a time:

  1. Open the quote.
  2. Click Preview and Send > Preview.
  3. Click Download.

What appears in the download depends on the print settings for that quote. If it doesn't include all the information you're after, go to Preview and Send > Print Options to adjust what's shown. See Customising your Quotes & Invoices.

How do I export all my customers' email addresses?

Admin users can export the full customer list to Excel or PDF:

  1. Go to Contacts > Customers.
  2. Click More.
  3. Choose Export to Excel or Export to PDF.

You can then import the file into a marketing tool or email platform. If you only have Team Member access, ask an admin user to run the export for you. See What is the difference between Admin users and Team Members?

Can I send one email to all my contacts from NextMinute?

No. There's no way to send a bulk email to all your contacts directly from NextMinute.

Instead, export your contacts (see the steps above), then send the message from your own email platform, such as Outlook or Mailchimp.

Can I print a materials or shopping list for a job?

There's no dedicated materials picking list or shopping list report at the moment.

The closest option is to download the quote as a PDF with the prices hidden. This gives you a list of the items and quantities, along with the sections they belong to, which works well as a shopping list for your team.

  1. Open the quote and go to Preview and Send > Print Options.
  2. Choose what to show and hide (hide the prices), then click Done.
  3. Go to Preview and Send > Preview and download the PDF.

See Customising your Quotes & Invoices for more on print options.
