Changing a team member's login email address

If one of your team needs to sign in with a different email address - for example they've changed providers, or the address on their account was entered incorrectly - here's how to get it updated and get them logged back in.

If one of your team needs to sign in with a different email address, for example they've changed emails, or the address on their account was entered incorrectly - here's how to get it updated and get them logged back in.

Steps
  1. Email the NextMinute support team at mailto:support@nextminute.com with the team member's name, their current login email, and the new email address you'd like them to use.
  2. Support will update the login email on that user's account. 
  3. Once changed, the team member goes to the login screen and clicks Forgot my Password
  4. They enter their new email address and follow the link sent to that inbox to set a password.
  5. They can now sign in with the new email and password.
Good to know: Changing the login email doesn't affect the team member's data, timesheets or job history - only the address they sign in with.
