Setup Task Statuses

Set up your Task Statuses to suit how your business works.  Your employees can change the Task Status to Travelling to site, In Progress or Completed to keep you updated.  You can now sort your Task and Job information in more detail.  To create new Task Statuses navigate to Admin > Settings and under Jobs and Tasks section you can find Task Statuses.

Step 1: Select Admin > Settings



Step 2: Add your Task Status and Save


You can also edit existing Task Statuses and change its allocated colour.



When you assign your new Task Status to a Task it will appear within that task.

Organise Calendar - Grouping by Status


In the below image we have Chosen to group All Tasks by Status and Coloured by who they are Assigned to. See Calendar View Options.
