Would you like to lock out your staffs timesheets for a certain week? Perhaps you've already invoiced the timesheets for a certain week, or processed the timesheets?
Here I will take you through the steps on how to lock your employees timesheets so that they cannot enter additional time to that weeks timesheet without your permission.
Step 1: Select Timesheets and select My Timesheets
Step 2: Select a User
Step 3: Tick Lock Timesheet
Step 4: Select to Timesheet lock All Users or Selected User
As you can see below, this user's timesheets are locked for that week and can't add a timesheet entry.
