How to schedule recurring Tasks
You can also schedule recurring tasks against a job.





Note: In this example we are creating a recurring Task that repeats every 2 weeks.
Step 1: Navigate All Tasks and select Add, or quickly Add a Task via Quick Actions

Step 2: Fill in Task form and select occurrence
Select how often you would like the task to repeat, we have selected weekly.
Also, select when you would like the task to repeat, we have selected once every 2 weeks and on a Wednesday. Then choose when you want the recurring task to end, we have selected Never.

Step 3: Edit the Email and when happy hit Send
Note: If you don't wish to send then turn off Send notification in the task form

Your new task has been saved. Select Show on Calendar to view the new task in Calendar View.

As you can see below, the new recurring task is in your Calendar

Also, because this task was repeating only every 2 weeks it won't show in the Calendar the following week.
