Timesheet Locking Function

In this article we take you through the steps in our lock timesheet function. If you are an Admin user you can lock other user's timesheets for a week meaning they can't enter time for that particular week.


Step 1: Select Timesheets and select My Timesheets





Step 2: Select a User





Step 3: Tick Lock Timesheet





Step 4: Select to Timesheet lock All Users or Selected User





As you can see below, this user's timesheets are locked for that week and can't add a timesheet entry.
