Refresh PlaceMakers access token

Every 24 hours you will see a notification to refresh your PlaceMakers access token so that you can use the PlaceMakers integration (pricebook search, ordering and supplier invoice import).  If you select 'No' when you see the refresh token pop up or are experiencing issues with your integration, follow the below steps to refresh your PlaceMakers integration.

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Suppliers and select Refresh Integration


You can find this under the Hardware Supplier Integration setup.



This will then automatically take you to the PlaceMakers KnowMe sign in page.

Step 2: Select PlaceMakers


Step 3: Enter in KnowMe login details and sign in




You will then get automatically taken back to your NextMinute account and integration will be active again.
