Be able to manually enter phone numbers to sms without having to add their details as a customer. We have one major customer who send us work and each job has a different contact

Calendar for Admin
Have calendar for job scheduling. Being able to have manual entries for job time frames, staff leave etc. Would be handy to see up coming jobs that can be entered manually without needing a task.

Sales items with Sub items
Sub-groups to sales items so you can have colours or other sub items. An example is: Sales item = carpet type xyz, Sub items = green, purple, black, yellow.
When you pick item and then colour it populates the complete line item in quotes orders and so on.1 vote -

Add 2 way calendar integration with Google Cal, Office 365, iCloud
Please vote if you want us to integrate NextMinute calendars with Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar and iCloud Calendar.
This will mean that whatever you add into the NextMinute calendar will be synced with your other external calendar and visa versa.

Change what columns can be viewed or printed once quote is accepted
When I send a quote to a customer I tick the "hide all line items" box so they just get a total, however once the quote is accepted it would be nice to be able to change this so I can print out a list of items either to order or if the customer requests a breakdown of the quote

Make maps default to the country you are based in
It would be nice for the maps to default to the country you are based in, for example I had a customers address in as "street name" Hamilton, and the maps brought up the street in the USA instead of New Zealand

Bulk Cloning (duplicating) of Jobs and/or tasks
Love duplicate job function (although I think it should be called clone - I am an accountant and duplicate has a different meaning to me).
I have clients who I do sporadic recurrences of work for. Some months I will do the same thing twice, then not do anything the next month, then 3 more times the following month.
Because the client is in the same suburb as another, chances are I visit both clients on the same schedule.Would be cool if you could enhance cloning to allow you to select multiple jobs as the "to be cloned" list.…

Please can you sync the stop credit function from MYOB to NM at the point of entering a new job.
It is too late to stop credit a customer in NM at invoice stage as by then the service has already happened. Crucial to stop a service from happening at job entering stage if they are a bad customer. This to be syncd through from the stop credit function in MYOB.

Add Files, Photos, Notes to Invoices issued
We'd like the ability to attach documents to an invoice issued. Also photos and notes could be handy too.
