  1. Make maps default to the country you are based in

    It would be nice for the maps to default to the country you are based in, for example I had a customers address in as "street name" Hamilton, and the maps brought up the street in the USA instead of New Zealand

  2. Allow the creation of new category types through the contact edit screen

    So that if I identify a new category that the contact should be in, I can do it without exiting that screen.

  3. Add ability to justify text blocks and Logo graphic in Quote templates.

    Need to be able to right justify business name and address or at least nugde or right justify the logo graphic so that it lines up on the display better.

  4. Job Notes

    Hi there
    I was using another type of business program and they had job diary, & in that there was a section for thing that happened for the day. Like Site meeting Notes, Accident reports, Safety or tool box Talk, Trades on site. Materials needed,
    deliveries. they all could be emailed to may of been there or needed them with the letter head and logo

  5. assign set costs to customers

    It would be handy to be able to lock in cost per customer.
    For example customer A might be charged out at $5 per hour and 10% markup on gear, and customer B might be charged out at $10 per hour and 12% markup on gear.
    At the moment we have to remember what charge to use for which customer and go back to old invoices to see what was charged in the past, it would be easier that when a job was assigned to a customer we could only access the charges that are used for that customer.

  10. Scheduled follow up emails

    Job reminders. The ability to set a date for each customer that the system will automatically email them asking if they would like to book their next job. e.g. yearly, monthly, or for a set date 25/09/2019

  16. Calender project timeline And quote option ?

    Would be good if you made the calender a mangement tool where when pricing you can put timelines in at a labour or materials cost which would become a Quote/estimate and a project timeline too.
    At the moment it only gives an option for invoicing.

  17. GPS Tracking for Mileage not just onsite.

    We need to track and charge our travel distances against tasks and jobs, so using the GPS functionality of NM would be excellent. Would need to be separate from the labour timer and Onsite tag.

    Add the ability to invoice multiple jobs on the one invoice for the same customer. This will reduce the number of invoices raised and could help customers as they will only have the one invoice to enter covering multiple jobs / sites

  20. Rename Grid View & List View

    Clicking Grid View displays a list (I know its a grid in software dev terms but it appears like a list to tradies.) and List View shows each job/task in boxes like a grid.
    The names should be more clear!
