  1. Add 2 way calendar integration with Google Cal, Office 365, iCloud

    Please vote if you want us to integrate NextMinute calendars with Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar and iCloud Calendar.

    This will mean that whatever you add into the NextMinute calendar will be synced with your other external calendar and visa versa.

  2. Be able to create business specific checklists and form templates

    We have various governemnt required certificates and checklists we must produce for each job in the electrical trade, as do other trades such as plumbing and gas fitting. It would be great if they could be generated and set up as a template in NM so we could fill them out, sign them, attache them to a job or task, and email them to the customer as well as other enteritis as needed such as the department of commerce energy safety.

    Thanks for voting. We’ve commenced development on this now.

    You will be able to create your own job sheets in Word using our default templates, and your job data will be merged, including photos, notes and scribbles.

    We’ll keep you posted on progress.

  5. Tasks with no date

    We create jobs with sub-tasks, but they do not need a scheduled date. However we cannot remove the dates so the calendar is all messed up. Would love the ability to not schedule tasks!

  8. Link the timer to password instead of device

    At the moment the timer is linked to the device you start it on and not your password/account, so if for example you start the timer on your phone and the battery goes flat, you cant finish the job on your tablet since you don't have access to the running timer

  9. View daily/weekly calendar on mobile

    Currently you can view your scheduled tasks on your mobile using the Scheduled Tasks button, which is essentially an "agenda view".

    Vote for this feature if you would like a "daily/weekly" calendar view, like we have on the desktop.

  12. Bulk Cloning (duplicating) of Jobs and/or tasks

    Love duplicate job function (although I think it should be called clone - I am an accountant and duplicate has a different meaning to me).

    I have clients who I do sporadic recurrences of work for. Some months I will do the same thing twice, then not do anything the next month, then 3 more times the following month.
    Because the client is in the same suburb as another, chances are I visit both clients on the same schedule.

    Would be cool if you could enhance cloning to allow you to select multiple jobs as the "to be cloned" list.…

  13. Make maps default to the country you are based in

    It would be nice for the maps to default to the country you are based in, for example I had a customers address in as "street name" Hamilton, and the maps brought up the street in the USA instead of New Zealand

  14. Job Notes

    Hi there
    I was using another type of business program and they had job diary, & in that there was a section for thing that happened for the day. Like Site meeting Notes, Accident reports, Safety or tool box Talk, Trades on site. Materials needed,
    deliveries. they all could be emailed to may of been there or needed them with the letter head and logo

  16. Allow 'group by' in invoices

    When generating an invoice, allow the user to 'group by'. For example, group by materials, other charges, labour etc. I know you can create sections in Charges and Invoices, but this is labour intensive and takes quite a long time.
